Outside of his work, Jared loves spending time with his family, kicking it on the soccer field, cycling around the DC metro area, and writing about his forthcoming book, Learning Environment: Inspirational Actions, Approaches, and Stories from the Science Classroom (out 8/26/2025 from Beacon Press).
